Week 7 Term 1

Things to remember for this week!!!

Tech on Monday morning, so into school by 8.35 please.

Softball lessons on Monday after morning tea.


Get your camp permission slip in on Monday.  Money due on Monday as well!

Start bringing gear and food in early this week so that you don't have to carry it all in on Thursday morning.  We can store it at school.

Chess action. Yes there can be action with Chess.

Electives 

This term some of us have been learning how to play chess.

We show sportsmanship by shaking hands before and then after the game and have challenged each other to this fun and strategic game.

Our goal is to improve enough to be able to compete at an inter-school chess tournament, so we are having mini tournaments during our electives time on Fridays.

This week's FINAL match, between 2 equally strong opponents.  Who will win?  Oh the suspense!!
